I began my experience with an internship at Shakopee Prison for Women in 1994, which I extended to a full year, as I found this experience very rewarding.  I was then employed at The Village Children and Family Service Center, which was located in Elk River, servicing Stearns, Hennepin, and Sherburne counties, as an in-home therapist.  After becoming licensed, I was employed in agencies in Eden Prairie, Elk  River, and Blaine.  I have been at Genuine Therapy Center/Ham Lake from 2009 to the present.

Hobbies/Interests: Cycling, camping, hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, crocheting, flower gardens.  One of my greatest JOYS is:  Watching my clients learn, grow and become who they want/were intended to be…with increased positive self-esteem, self-worth, and self-confidence, which evolves through their therapeutic process.  With learning new tools, everybody can “Learn to live out loud” in a respectful manner, not only for themselves but for the other person, as well.
